This policy aims to define the available communication tools and channels, the rules and etiquette of participation, and the actions taken in the event of any violations to ensure a training environment based on respect and cooperation.<\/p>\n

First: Communication Tools and Channels<\/strong>
The center provides several means of communication between trainees, trainers, and management, ensuring the highest levels of interaction. These include:
\u2022 Email \u2013 an official means of communicating with the center’s management and trainers for support and inquiries.
\u2022 Correspondence within the training platform \u2013 messages and inquiries are exchanged through the platform’s internal communication system.
\u2022 Contact numbers via phone or WhatsApp.
\u2022 The institute’s various social media pages.<\/p>\n

Second: Etiquette of Electronic Communication<\/strong>
\u2022 To ensure a positive learning environment, all beneficiaries must adhere to the following communication etiquette:
\u2022 Mutual Respect \u2013 interacting professionally and appropriately with trainers, trainees, and colleagues.

Third: Actions Taken in Cases of Violation of Communication Etiquette<\/strong>
The following actions will be taken against any beneficiary who violates this policy, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:
\u2022 Initial Warning: A warning is sent to the offending user, explaining the unacceptable behavior.
\u2022 Temporary Suspension from Participation in Communication Channels: In the event of a repeated violation, the validity of participation will be suspended for a specified period.
\u2022 Suspension from the training course: If violations persist, the Center has the right to suspend the trainee from the course, without refunding the fees paid.
\u2022 Permanent expulsion from the platform: In serious cases, such as intentional abuse or posting content that violates the laws, the user is permanently banned from participating in the Center’s courses.
